Tee Time Booking Procedure

Further to recent notification, tee times for weekdays, and weekends after 1:00 pm can now be made up to 7 days ahead using intelligentgolf.

Saturday/Sunday morning booking Procedure

As a reminder, and for new members that may not be aware, here is a recap of the booking procedure for Saturday and Sunday mornings (before 1 pm). 

You can request a time for Saturday morning by sending an email to Lol Green at  abridgesaturdayteetimes@yahoo.com by 6:00 pm Wednesday evening, stating your preferred tee time, within a 30 minute range, and the names of your playing partners. Tee times will be allocated trying to get everyone as close as possible to their preferred time. The tee times are uploaded to intelligentgolf before noon on Thursday when the Saturday tee sheet goes live - at which time members that have not requested a time through the above method can make their own booking subject to availability.

The procedure for Sunday is the same, except the deadline is 6:00 pm Thursday evening, and the email is abridgesundayteetimes@yahoo.com. The Sunday tee sheet goes live for members bookings on Friday at noon.

As you can see, you are strongly recommended to request your Saturday and Sunday morning tee times by email to Lol Green as described above.
